Let's Compromise On Immigration

Conservatives, I hear you that you don’t want there to be an unchecked flow of migrants into the country. I agree with you. People should not be able to walk into the country without going through some kind of process and not everybody should be allowed in. That’s very reasonable. But there are a lot of very good people who came across the border in the past and who have made lives for themselves in this country and are contributing to our society and taking jobs that need to be filled, and I don’t want to kick them out.  Let’s fix the inflow starting now, but let’s not kick good people out of this country who are already here. Let's compromise on immigration.
